As a Massachusetts Accredited Assessor, I possess the knowledge and competence to analyze your property record card to identify errors that may affect your real estate tax liability. I can help to determine if there is reason to go forward with an appraisal to apply for abatement, and help you with the application process.
We have developed relationships with local brokers, which is especially helpful in analyzing complex properties, uncovering unusual or unique circumstances or motivations in sales transactions and obtaining critical rental data. We have knowledge of the real estate trends and cycles by being in constant contact with brokers about the market, the buyers, the sellers and their expectations. We have studied and analyzed the different towns and neighborhoods and can discern when there is an impact on value for different areas.
